Offer Agreement

This document is a public offer. Placing an order or making a payment constitutes full acceptance of these terms.

1. Parties

Contractor: Aleksei Sysoev, individual specialist operating as vmage.ru  ·  admin@vmage.ru

Client: Any person or entity that accepts this offer.

2. Services

Service	Description
Server & Infrastructure	Linux/Windows administration, Nginx, Docker, VPN, backup, security hardening, ongoing support
Development & Automation	Bots, scripts, web tools, APIs, integrations, admin panels — PHP, Python, JS, MySQL
IT Consulting	Architecture review, technology selection, security audit, migration planning

3. Acceptance

This offer is accepted by: making a payment, signing a specification, or sending written confirmation by email.

4. Payment

• 100% prepayment unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Currency: EUR or as agreed
• Bank transfer or agreed payment system. No cash or anonymous payments
• Recurring services invoiced monthly, due within 5 business days

5. Delivery

• Work begins within 2 business days of payment
• Deliverables provided with an acceptance document
• Client has 2 business days to accept or provide written objections
• Silence after 2 days = acceptance

6. Intellectual Property

All custom deliverables transfer to the Client upon full payment. Pre-existing tools and frameworks remain the Contractor's property.

7. Liability

Contractor's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement. No liability for indirect damages, third-party outages, or client-side data loss.

8. Disputes

Disputes resolved first by negotiation. Written complaint to admin@vmage.ru — response within 5 business days.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties keep all project-related information confidential for 3 years after completion.
